Root Cause
Battery voltage is outside the permitted operating range — either too high or too low for the motor to run safely.
Symptoms
Conditions
- ePropulsion Evo or Navy 6.0 motor
- battery voltage outside operating specification
Solution
Replace or verify the battery matches the motor's specified operating voltage. Do not attempt to run the motor until voltage is within range.
Actions
- Check battery voltage with a multimeter
- Verify battery model matches motor specification
- Replace battery if voltage is unrecoverable
- Contact ePropulsion dealer if problem persists
