Root Cause
Motor stalled — propeller physically obstructed and unable to rotate. Common causes: rope, fishing line, weed, or debris wrapped around propeller shaft.
Symptoms
Conditions
- ePropulsion Evo or Navy motor
- propeller fouled with rope, line or debris
Solution
Power off immediately. Clear all obstructions from propeller. Confirm propeller rotates freely by hand before restarting.
Actions
- Turn off main power switch immediately
- Do not attempt to restart with obstruction in place
- Inspect and clear propeller — rope, fishing line, weed
- Confirm propeller rotates freely by hand
- Restart and test at low throttle before resuming normal operation
