Root Cause
Motor temperature exceeded safe operating limit. Caused by sustained high-load operation, blocked cooling water flow, or high ambient water temperature.
Symptoms
Conditions
- ePropulsion Evo or Navy motor
- sustained high-throttle operation
- blocked cooling flow or high water temperature
Solution
Stop motor operation and allow to cool. Do not restart until temperature returns to normal range. Check cooling water inlet for obstruction if fault recurs.
Actions
- Stop motor immediately and allow to cool
- Do not restart until E11 clears
- Check cooling water inlet for blockage
- Reduce sustained throttle levels during next use
- If fault recurs regularly, inspect cooling system
