ePropulsion E30 — Throttle Position Sensor Failure / Recalibration Required

Root Cause
Throttle position sensor is out of calibration or has failed. Motor cannot accurately read throttle input.
Symptoms
Conditions
- ePropulsion Evo or Navy motor
- throttle sensor drift or failure
Solution
Recalibrate throttle position sensor following the procedure in the user manual (section 4.2.2). If recalibration fails, sensor may need replacement.
Actions
- Refer to user manual section 4.2.2 for recalibration procedure
- Perform throttle position sensor recalibration
- Test throttle response across full range after recalibration
- If fault persists after recalibration, contact ePropulsion dealer
