ePropulsion E56 — Battery Communication Error

Root Cause
Communication fault between motor and E-series battery. Usually a cable connection issue between the motor unit and battery pack.
Symptoms
Conditions
- ePropulsion Navy or Evo motor with E-series battery
- communication cable fault or disconnection
Solution
Check the communication cable between motor and battery is fully seated and undamaged. Restart the system. If fault persists, dealer inspection required.
Actions
- Inspect communication cable between motor and battery
- Re-seat connectors firmly at both ends
- Restart the system
- If E56 persists, contact ePropulsion dealer
